    The former, and the sweeter, the better. Sorry for the language hang up there, on the other side of the pond when we say peas we are nearly always talking about the round green things that can be eaten raw, anything else that you might call a pea we'd call a bean... or a pulse.

    I will post up a recipe - although it does look remarkably similar to Toyomafia's recipe - when I get a little more time, I've just started an inexorably long winded Korean TV series that will probably eat up valuable posting time. :rofl:
    Although, if the truth be known, you might find that the son of a trained chef might want to make dang sure he gets it right before chancing his luck with his version of your national dish. It is quite a popular dish over there but we drop the 'and', just calling it macaroni cheese - never 'mac' as that is something a dirty old man wears when flashing the young ladies. :eek2:

    Honestly - beef feed lots probably too the list for me. I’ve lived down the street from a Kraft Velveeta plant, a dog food plant, and a pig farm at different points in my life (all nasty). Staying 1/2 mile from a beef feed lot/kill plant one summer was far and above the most vile thing I’ve ever encountered.
