Mode button issue...anyone else?

So here is a new issue I have noticed on my truck. I am assuming it must be a software problem, but nevertheless, the mode button on my steering wheel will not change the input mode about 70% of the time. When the mode button won't respond, I can use the touch screen and change, say from FM to Bluetooth, then the mode button will work again. I say it is probably software because the press and hold for mute feature always works with the mode button.
