Memory Seats

Thought I'd post this for others incase you run onto it. I could NOT get my memory seats to work properly. They wouldn't hold their SET position, the steering wheel wouldn't position correctly. I practically memorized page 135 in the manual ..and nada! If I got in the truck and pushed the Driver 1 button .. sometimes the steering wheel would move into the correct position but the seats would never move. Took it back to the sales folks a couple of times and nothing. So as it's two weeks old, I scheduled it in and after long explanations to the service folks they looked at me skeptically (it's just a seat and easy to set) and took it back into the tech's. 3 hrs later .. they explained that it NEVER should have worked that a module that should have been initialized at delivery had not been (at the same time they took care of the service bulletin on the rear-view mirror). Now everything works!
