    Hello,

I live in the Colorado mountains and am finally getting the TRD Pro I put a deposit down on way back in November. Got word from one of the three dealers I put in for that I have a Lunar Rock with red interior getting built starting this week with an estimated delivery date of early to mid august.

Have to pay MSRP but given the market, but it’s way better than the $101k another dealer tried to Jack me.

Only going to add the trifold tonneau and the black tailgate letters from the dealer. I also already have arrangements to get it wrapped in Xpel Stealth PPF.

Current plans are to transfer my Methods and 35” tires from my taco with custom center caps, UpTOP Overland roof and truss rack, and few other knickknacks from the taco.
Super stoked for this build.

Welcome! I too just made the swap from a Taco to a new Tundra. I’m from the front range of CO originally too and am quite jealous of the trails you’ll have the opportunity to take your new rig on. Enjoy!

Welcome, I made the switch July 4th 2021 from a Tacoma to a Tundra and it has been awesome with no regrets. Enjoy the new ride and I hope to see your build in the future.

Welcome from Castle Rock. If you don’t mind, post up which local dealer treated you the best. I’ll be in the market in a couple years. I have been using Autonation for my last few vehicles.

I look forward to seeing the Tundra!

I’ve been in Colorado for about 5 years but because I’m still technically an out-of-state resident for work, none of the CO would sell to me for some reason.

I put deposits at dealers out of state. O’Brien Toyota in Indianapolis (where I bought the taco) has traditionally been good to me and where I’m getting the tundra. Toyota of Boerne (outside of San Antonio) tried to sell me a Lunar Rock Pro with black interior and every dealer-installed imaginable for $101k.

Welcome from TX and congrats! I guess it makes total sense that the bolt pattern on the Taco matches the new one on the Tundra :monocle:
