I purchased this camera right as smartphone cameras were getting good. I used it rarely, mainly for Christmas mornings and birthdays, etc, until finally it became too inconvenient to use compared to the camera on my phone. Nonetheless, it takes fantastic pictures which are still significantly better than anything my smartphone can take. I think you’ll find that it is still very relevant in 2022.
