New to the group and have already found some great info.

    2011 Tundra 4.6L

Had my catalytic converters stolen and after 6 months waiting on OEM, went and had aftermarkets put on with new down stream O2 sensors.

Bank 1, sensor 1 and sensor 2 working fine, bank 2 sensor 2 not reading any voltage (stays at 0 constantly)

Moved bank 2 sensor 2 to bank 1 plug and it is outputting fine so senor is good.

The only other option I can think of is an open wire between the O2 sensor and the ECU.

So how do I determine exactly where the other end of the wire is located so I can do a continuity test??

    some additional info....

I believe I am looking for these connection points: 112, 44, and 113 but is that on the A24 plug of the ECU? Looks like there are two plugs going into the ECU. Also pin 8 of the D71 junction box that I have no idea where that is located

    Hello

Yes you will have to check the wiring between Connectors D32 and D74
Pins 112, 44 & 113 are in the D74 connector at the ECM. Someone should be able to tell you where the D71 Junction Connector is. If I need to locate something like this, I would go to my local Parts Supplier they have Wiring Diagrams they provide for their customers. The L-W wire of Pin 2 of the D32 connector is an IGN + 12 volt constant for the Heater. As long as you have an uninterrupted 12 volt signal you're good. Pin 44 is the ground side control of the Heater by the ECM, Pin 112 is the HSO2 signal and Pin 113 is the HSO2 ground.

    Good Luck

I assume you have already checked for voltage on Pin #2 B+ Blue with White Stripe wire? If what you are saying is correct you should have voltage on this wire in Bank 1 but not in Bank 2 #2. If you have verified that is time to located the D71 connector and do a continuity test as you mentioned. You can also check for voltage at D71 down to bank 2, if you have voltage here you know the break is between D71 and the bank 2 sensor.

What year is that wiring diagram you have for? I looked at one for a 2013 and it should Pin#10 is blue/white out to Bank 2 sensor 2. Yours shows its as Pin#8. Might just check all blue/white wires in/out of D71 and go from there.

Here is where it is located.

I have a 2007 tundra 4.7l with the same no voltage problem with Bank 1 Sensor 2 after cats were stolen. I think the blue with white stripe wire is damaged somewhere between the sensor and the ecu. I tried doing a continuity test based on info in this post but I must not be doing it correctly. I can't find the bad blue with white strip wire at the ecu. I was think of using a jump wire from Bank 2 Sensor 2 for power to Bank 1 Sensor 2. I need advice on how to proceed.

Today I tried a jumper wire from Bank 2 sensor 2 over to bank 1 sensor 2 and it did not work. I put everything back and I'm back to square one on how to fix this. Please help!

Try checking for 12 v on connector and ground your other lead to the chassis
The ground comes from the ecm …

I have a similar situation - 2013 5.7l V8 - Cat stolen and Toyota dealer replaced all cats and O2 Sensors. Now I get a low voltage code for bank 2 sensor 2. Dealers says it's the ECM so it's going back to the dealer for a new ECM. I will let you know if that fixes my issue - which sounds similar to yours. I stopped by a second dealer and they said that the ECM does fail after all this has happened. I'm not buying their explanation as power would not have been on the vehicle when wires were cut - but it's been covered under my auto insurance so I'll let them replace it.

@MWS2112 please confirm if ecm change of your vehicle is corrected. we have the same issue, i checked everything including the harness connector of o2 sensor bank 2 which was ok. did toyota change or just reprogram the ecm? thank you

No power coming from ecm so re0laced and it fixed my problem. Has been good for over 2 years. Apologize for not updating this forum earlier and thanks to jeff_5_7 for the diagram.
