Getting the lift on today (2016 4x4 CM) - 2 things I haven't nailed down:

    1. Anyone get a 35" Tire underneath? I've seen a couple threads but they seem to be kit centric. I'm fine with a little bit of cutting, or just mounting it in the bed. Also, the old spare looked rough last time I peeked at it, is it actually better to keep a pricey tire/wheel in a different location?

    2. Jacks - with a 4.5" lift will the stock jack still work for changing tires on the road/highway? or do I need to get something aftermarket like a bottle jack?

Any input is appreciated, Thank you.

you can fit a 35, need to trim the tabs off off the area where the spare sits under the truck for clearance. There are details about that in threads here.

with 4+ lift and 35s, the stock jack will likely be too short. Nothing a block of wood can't help with, or maybe get a taller bottle jack and keep it in the truck.

I wouldn't use the stock jack on a lifted truck. Mine is actually still brand new lol.
