I've had a Tacoma since 08 but today I made the switch to a Tundra SR5 TRD Crew max. It was hard walking away from my ol girl but she had served her time we'll. She will be missed but the wife and kids already enjoy the added room of the Tundra. So first things first. What type of bed cover are you guys using? I had an undercover but I may go with something different on this unit. Thanks guys.

Welcome, and don't worry about the Tacoma thing. We all have a past.

:rofl:Totally kidding, mine did me solid for the 6 1/2 years I owned it. I only miss it off pavement though.

I went with the Retrax Pro and have been really happy with it. They have some new models now with mat finish and stake holes access. Check them out.

Sometime in the near future the chrome will disappear piece by piece. Then probably wheels and tires. But first a bed cover and spray in liner.

Welcome. I have the bakflip g2. I prefer to bakflip to tonneau just by looks it's more flush and clean.

Welcome from another former Taco owner. For a tonneau on the Tundra I went with the BakFlip VP. It's a hard trifold cover with vinyl on top. Extremely low profile and very water resistant.
