I have a 2016 4X4 5.7 limited crewmax and need to replace the rear shocks. One OEM has developed a leak. No lift. I am wondering of there is one step above the OEM rear shocks that might improve handing without breaking the bank. I actually do very little off road. Thanks for the advice

I bought the Eibach EIB-E60-82-067-01-01 as they were on-sale for $69 a piece and they may still be available for that price. They don't come with new bushings, but I'm happy with them.

I replaced mine with Monroe shocks from NAPA part number NS 37298. My truck is the SR5 TRD Off-Road with the Bilstein shocks. I tow pretty heavy and also travel very little off road. The shocks from NAPA were a noticeable difference particularly when loaded. Truthfully, I couldn't really tell a difference unloaded. I hope this helps.

I’ve got Bilstien 5100’s on all four corners and have no complaints. They ride nice for the price point your at and I’d say they are at least as good or a step above factory installed shocks IMO.

Go for some gently used TRD Bilsteins off someone who has lifted theirs.

The stock OR package shocks are better than black ones and you can get them for cheap when folks lift their trucks.

Fuel delete mod Cup holder upgrade
    Edit: +3 what they said.

Cheapest is probably someone's Offroad package take offs. I think they are the Bilstein 4500s
