Turns over /no start

New to the forum so thanks for letting me be part of the and hopefully learn something that will be helpful to me and those around me
I have a 2010 Tundra Base model crew cab it has 265000 miles on it truck has been a very reliable truck since purchased brand new.I just recently replaced injectors/spark plugs/throttle body/mass air sensor and crankshaft positioning sensor and last but not least starter went after many many no starts. FUSES/RELAYS are good and putting out and receiving proper voltage pump will not power on and prime upon starting truck fuel pump control module has 13.35 volts fuelpump has 10.53 volts if I supply power to pump jumping it from a different battery source pump will come on and pump not sure if the pump is providing proper preasure have no way to check no Schrader valve on this year Tundra also it has the 4.0 lt. V6
