Toyota App Not Responding

My Toyota App is not updating stats on the truck such as mileage, fuel, last parked location, etc. I’m assuming this is why the “Hey Toyota” feature isn’t working properly either. Has anybody run into this issue?

I’ve tried re-installing the app, signing out then back in, and still says the last update was Monday the 27th.

 

I have a 20 so I don’t know if it works the same. When I had the app it was always buggy. My wife’s Lexus app also. I eventually just deleted it. I didn’t even really look at it anyways, not much you can do with it that I can remember.

 

Check your Privacy setting in the app. Data consents. Will have to keep service connect communication on.

 

It still says I’ve consented to everything I need, so I don’t know if it’s just a problem with the app itself or not. That would probably explain why my “Hey Toyota” isn’t responding to anything I’m asking.

 

Odd, I know you can disable the "Hey Toyota" voice commands in the infotainment. But not the app issue. Hope you find an answer soon.

 

my iPad app isn't working and i can't reinstall it. it locks out with a view of the steering wheel and says welcome back. my iPhone application is still working just fine.
