Looking for info on tire fitment with my stock TSS wheels. Have a set of 2” Rough Country leveling struts on the truck. Looking at a set of 35x11.5 tires. The 35 doesn’t worry me as much as the width. The UCAs are just so dang close on these trucks. Trimming is expected, not worried about that. (Yes I’ve seen the big post someone put together all of the very conservative sizes) AND of course pictures would help! If this has been discussed please lead me there. Don’t want to clutter the forum. Thanks!

I've seen a picture on here of someone with a 3/1 lift with the TSS wheels running 35x12.5x20 cooper AT3 XLT, spidertrax 1.25" spacers and ended up having to space the bumper out using 5/8x11 hex nuts. said they have very minor rub full lock in reverse but didn't say what they rubbed on.

I'm in the same boat, I have the TSS wheels, want to keep them and want to run 35's but I think when I'm due ill end up with 285 65r20 so I don't have to run a spacer to clear the upper control arm. Do I know 100% that should fit? No, but it should. I plan to have them mount one front tire and check clearance before having to pay for all 4.

    EDIT** found the post:

Yea I looked at some 285/65 myself but as I was looking through the showroom i saw a 35x11.5 and my brain started to smoke thinking about the possibilities. Didn’t even know that was an available size! So now I’ve went back to the drawing board…

What’s the offset on tss wheels? +60 like all of the OEM wheels?

This is a 295/70r18 on stock TRD off road wheel (+60mm offset) on my old truck
Tire is a Mickey Thompson Baja boss AT a
Spec’ed at 11.7” width. I never actually measured but I’d bet it was closer to 12”. Those things were meaty and wide looking.

I think they are +50 offset, there are several versions of the stock TSS wheels though

+50mm you should be good to go - that's a solid ½" more clearance

I only rubbed the swaybar up front on full lock. UCA was hairy, but I never rubbed it. I wasn't mobbing whoops or crawling but it got dirty enough..

Good to go with the 35x11.5? The only thing is finding the correct size in the tires I like. Toyo liked the 12.5” wide tires too much. Might just have to go with a set of coopers :oldglory:

Yeah. I meant I wouldn't try to do Carhartt shit with it, but you can get out away from a mall or two. :bananadance: Kidding, obviously.

for a 20" wheel the 285/65 size youre looking at is pretty close to a 35x11.5" (34.6" x11.2"). the 18" wheel counterpart is a 285/75r18 (34.8" x 11.2") and guys run those on OEM +60mm without any kind of UCA issue whatsoever (doing Carhartt shit with their rigs).

As of right now the nearest mall from my house is 2ish hours away, it’s more carhartt shit than not for me lmao. I appreciate the info

Hey that's me! (nothing in inbox/alerts, just happened to be reading this thread)
Yep, full lock reverse, both directions, the "fore" of the tire rubs slightly on the fenderwell plastic, but it's minor. The wear/noise does not bother me. Yep, this is even after putting in (edit: 5/8") bumper shims. I did *not* try the "heatgun" technique.
Maybe I'll get a photo of the wear and post it here.
