My wife got a good laugh this morning when I told her about the assault bike

 

Those assault bikes are supposed to be awesome.

 

They’re super badass for a quick hiit workout. We had built out part of the garage as a gym when covid shut the gyms down. Since then we haven’t really put it to use.
