Linking Apple and Amazon Music...?

Hi,

So the Toyota App tells me that I have both the Apple and Amazon Music successfully linked to my truck, but I keep getting a message on my truck screen, when trying to select either as the Source, that they are not linked, any ideas?

 

I had the same problem with Apple Music. I was hoping the upgrade that happened a few months back fixed it but no luck so far.

 

Yeahhhhhh..., I'm told that as long as Apple CarPlay is enabled, everything comes through the iPhone, for which Amazon and Apple music work just fine. Just cant figure out how to disable CarPlay and get them to work.... oh well, my phone is always there anyway. Have to have the Amazon and Apple music Apps on your phone though, and it works just fine.....
