Anyone else noticing a break squeak when they come to a complete stop and the windows open? Minor issue but if I recall, that was similar to my Tacoma I had years back. Common on Toyota's, all types, or no?

I also noticed it. I mentioned it to dealer and they said it was normal for the Tundra. Might try a different dealer for the 5k service and ask again.

You could try bedding your brakes to see if that helps at all. Can’t speak to the 3rd gen, but I didn’t have any noise with the OEM setup on my 2018 until around 40k miles, when I was due for front pads anyway.
