    2007 Double Cab XSP
Hey guys. Been getting good info from here for years and thought I had joined previously but apparently not. I’ve had my 2007 DC XSP for about 4.5 years. Best truck I’ve ever owned. Have been thinking about getting into a CrewMax or possibly even a Sequoia but only time will tell.

Haven’t done a whole lot of mods compared to previous vehicles but I’ve got a long list of ones I want. Most of what I have done will transfer if/when I upgrade. What I have done:

-Tyger Star Armor side steps (they’re actually for a CrewMax but they bolt up if you cut the rearmost mount and then it gives a bed step). Planning to install some on my wife’s GX460 too and get their hitch step
-Directional led the signals/ running lights tucked in above the front bumper
-Replaced the headlights when I installed the leds
-LED bed lights. They’re installed but not hooked up yet. Planning to put a marine 12v port and switch panel near the tailgate to control them and also wire in an under hood led.
-Above are attached to DIY bed rails I made out of Superstrut.
-Bicycle fork locks in forward bed rail
-Truxedo X-15 tonneau. Replaced the fiberglass tonneau it had when I bought it. Occasionally miss it.
-Tailgate led strip is sitting in the garage awaiting install
-Custom phone mount attached to center seat headrest. My favorite mod and necessitated by the lack of options for bench seat trucks.
-Hopkins Insight trailer brake controller. Really like this because it’s two part. I mounted the switch on the ashtray so it’s easy to reach and doesn’t bump my knee and the display sits discreetly between the gauges above the steering column and looks factory.
    -Rear seat fold down mod
-Cheap Amazon Motor Trend cut to fit floor mats
    -Cheap Aux port Bluetooth adapter.
-Swapped tow mirrors back to standard. Just didn’t suit me.
-Tailgate mounted ladder. My “Old Man Mod”. Convenient when you need it but kind of a pain when you don’t.
    -Rear Air bags

    The To-Do list:
-Bilstein 6112s, 5100s, and Coachbuilder shackles. Been sitting in the garage for about a year and a half.
-Backup camera. Haven’t found a solution I really like yet or at least one that I feel confident in rolling the dice on off Amazon.
    -Decked drawer system.
-Been sketching a roll bar/rack system for a while. Thought I’d have a tubing bender and my shop wired for the welders by now but life gets in the way. Might just go with a Yakima Overhaul or Leitner rack for the time being. I’ve got a Sea Cycle and paddle board I’d like to get more use out of.
    -Auto Up/Down window switches
-Some kind of upgraded remote system that reaches more than 20’ (my biggest gripe with the truck) and maybe a remote start.
    -Dirty Deeds exhaust
    -Long Tube Headers

Will add some pics when I figure out the easiest way to upload them.

Welcome from Ohio. And BTW, something about North Florida just doesn't sound right. Maybe slightly less south Florida sounds better:D
