    I think the trick was to fill up the tank and get on the highway immediately, with a lite foot. It's dropped back to 16 already lol. And it usually hovers around 13.6 cause I do mostly city driving

    I'm averaging 13.8 for the longest time. Little city, little highway, no towing.

    I think I was around 16 mpg last year when I drove to MT from So Cal for a camping trip, and that was with me and three teenagers, and bed fully loaded. I was grateful.

    I don't see those numbers any more... last I saw was 14mpg and that was just cruising.
