Set on 35x12.50x18s and Black Rhino Rapids Matte Bronze... But need help choosing the rubber...

Daily driver in flat central Ohio, occasional camping plans with an RTT, 2-4 month winter's with potential for decent snow storms...

Nitto Ridge Grapplers, Toyo AT3s, or T/A KO2s, and why??

AT3s of those, better in rain than the others. Dont think RG has tread warranty, get loud with miles but a good tire. KO2s can be hard to balance, not great in wet. AT3s should be the better overall tire in the NE where you live for wet and snow.

I have been through 2 sets of 35 inch Toyo AT3s and 4 sets of 35 inch Toyo MTs and have loved them all.

Good to know! I'll probably stick with the AT3s since it'll be more daily driver than off roading, but the aggressive look of the MTs is pretty sweet...

I swear I'm not following you around to post answers for you haha...but I have experience with 2 of the 3 so I'll give you my opinion. I live in the desert so my experience with rain or snow is the short monsoon season and maybe a couple days when I'm out hunting. This is mostly a sand, forest road, and pavement review. 35inch on all sets, 20 inch wheels on my last tundra and 18s on my new one.

KO2s - had them on my previous Tundra. The goods; never once had a flat, look great, tread blocks held up well, good traction on forest roads, wore evenly, and fairly quiet. The bad; tread life is short, terrible in the rain, decent in sand, and had balancing issues.

Ridge Grapplers - replaced the KO2s on my previous Tundra with a set and now have a new set on my new 2022. The good; aggressive sidewalls, never had a flat, great traction all around, wear great, quiet on the road, and look great. The bad; tread blocks are a little soft so I lost some chunks on forest roads (nothing major), they are pretty heavy, that's about all I can think of.

That being said I really was convinced on the AT3s for the new Tundra but had a great deal on the RGs that I couldn't pass up.

AT3 for the best on road comfort if you can find them in a load range D. Stay away from Load Range F in that size unless you enjoy a bumpy ride. Be aware there is a slight hum over 65+ mph. It's not too bad and is easily drowned out by the radio. Under 65mph you wont notice it.

KO2s are surprisingly quieter than the AT3. Super strong dependable tire. However I have experienced some hydroplaning on the hwys with heavy rain. Great tire if you want quiet. Great in dry conditions and hooks up well in the dirt. They do suck up rocks like nobodies business. So be careful on gravel roads.

Ridge Grapplers look awesome. Never ran them so can't comment.

Good luck! Either way the truck will look great!
