2015 SR5 on a road trip today started makine a whinning/sqeaking/buzzing (hard to describe it exactly) type noise between 60 and 65 mph only and it was coming form somewhere at or near the passenger side front of the truck. Below or above that spead there was no noise at all and it also wouldn't make the noise unless I had excellerating and under a load...It wouldn't do it coasting downhill or on level road unless my foot was on the gas pedal I'm at a loss and wanted to have some idea what to look for before I take it to the shop.

Check the radio antenna. Mine periodically loosens and will buzz with the engine like a harmonic

    Welcome from TX!

Good luck with the noise diagnosis. They're a bitch sometimes and dealerships won't be much help unless they can reproduce it.

Thanks for the replies. My antenna was a bit loose but I haven't driven it since my road trip so I don't know if that was the issue. I doubt that it was because the noise would start precisely at 60 and end just before 65 and not make a sound before or after. I'll see if that was the problem or not. I know I'll have to pinpoint the probllem before taking it to the dealer or they'll never find it.
