2003 tundra

So any help would be appreciated. My first 2003 Tundra and had a new rack and pinion and power steering pump installed but still hard to turn. New high pressure line and return line in clear of any debris. I’ve bleed the system now for over an hour and still is being a pain. Thanks In advance
