Greetings from Texas and a Tundra Hybrid - looking for 250K recommendations

    2005 Tundra Double Cab SR5
    I have a 2005 Tundra Double Cab 2WD with just over 250K. I've been slowly converting the truck to a hybrid (I'm currently burning a mixture of both gas and oil) but aim to remedy that here shortly. I've got new head gaskets coming in the mail. I'm replacing the head bolts and depending on the plug coils I'll replace them as well. What other 250K maintenance items would folks recommend if I've got the valve covers off?
