Yeah mine has been rubbing on stuff too so maybe its a moot point to get the black one since it will probably get me to the same point after not too long anyway with the reflection.

Well - after nearly a year, mine hasn't lost a lot of the black. Just around the edges. I'd post a picture, but I'm in a death tube over the rockies right now and my knife is somewhere inside the belly.

I’m free handing that. I paint a little mark on the bottom edge and make sure the belt is even with the edge of the platen.

Got the other Sebenza in. I definitely like the plain one better.

Looks great. I had a custom one made a few years ago and it didn’t turn out well. They took care of it and refunded my money immediately so I can’t complain.

Damn that was pretty bad. At least they made it right though. Glad mine didnt have any issues. I was a little weary at first because the blade release was a little hard to work, but they said it would break in and it did.

Only issue I’ve ever had with a Benchmade. I have a large Crooked River and love it.

That thing is a beast! I debated getting the full size since it wasnt much more expensive but after seeing some pics, I think it would have been a little too big for me for EDC.

I agree. The logo Sebenza will sell if you want to part with it. One could send the scale to CRK in to have it sand blasted/removed.

    Thank you
It’s a strange knife. It’s going on my website as ‘available’. I just had to make it. Kinda like the crusader dagger and the war club. Occasionally it’s important to stretch yourself out of the box a bit, lol

I’m really happy with this one. Probably the most ergonomic and comfortable handle I’ve designed for a small kitchen knife. It rolls easily like when you are coring a tomato or cutting the stems to stuff peppers, but it’s easy to keep your hand indexed by the feel. Did that make sense?
