Brand new Renogy 100w solar panel. Was going to add it to my array but turns out I don’t need it. $70 pickup in 92130

What can you power off of a single cell. I have always wanted to figure out how to power an Air drier in my travel trailer. There isn't power where it is stored. https://www.davisinstruments.com/products/air-dryr-1000

Being in FL you could probably run a 12v fridge nonstop. That air dryer is going to pull a ton of watts. You’re going to need quite a few panels to run that thing. Does it run all the time or only when you turn it on/off?

It heats up the air as needed but pretty much is always on. I have the 1,000 but can get the 500 that will be more than enough for the TT.

If it’s pulling 130w AC then you’ll probably need ~150w generated for the same amount of time it’s running to account for loss during conversion from DC to AC. To get that kind of wattage I’d estimate that you’re going to need 300w (maybe 400w) worth of panels to account for all that and that it’ll be running at night time when there’s no sunlight. I’d start with 300w and see if that’s enough. If not, then bump it up to 400.
