How many plugs on the Maestro/TO1 harness get plugged in on the JBL factory harness? I can only connect two of the four. I know one of the plugs is for speaker wires, which I won't be using.

After you flash the rr module, it will provide you with pdf instructions on which plug gets plug where. Follow that and you will be fine. Not all plug will get used.

Ok I'll have to reflash again, it's been a good while since the last time I flashed, and I don't remember getting a different set of more detailed installation instructions. The install guide on the website shows four connections with the factory harness, but my factory harness only has three, and only two of them have matches on the TO1 harness.

The problem is my radio isn't powering on. Fuses are good. The radio powers on when I bench test it. I've got a good ground, and both ACC and constant power at the main factory harness, but no ACC power at the radio.

Everything was installed and working for about a year, but then a year ago the radio just wouldn't come on.
