Delivery time to Oregon

I was wondering if anyone had any knowledge of delivery times to Oregon? My truck has been on a train since 5/26 with no updates and my dealership has no idea where it’s at since nothing has been updated since leaving the factory. Thanks for any input.

 

Mine was built 5/2 and it arrived at the dealer on 6/2, it was delivered to Bellingham, but went to the Portland port first. It is a CrewMax Platinum 5.5'

 

I’m on the Oregon coast and my dealer said it’s usually 2 weeks at the most from factory to dealership since we are only a 90 minute drive from the Portland port. “Being in freight this long with no updates is unusual especially almost 2 weeks on the train” ‍♂️

 

Mine was on the train 5/5 and delivered to Portland on 5/20.

 

Mine is headed to Southern Oregon. On rail 5/12. From what I can tell it's still on the train. Dealer said he expects it 5/13.

 

Next year?

 

Crazy sh!t going on with train freight. And I do believe it is intentional. Rail moves a LOT of cement and their shenanigans has crippled us concrete guys in the southeastern US. Two weeks ago Atlanta pretty much went dry of cement. Insane things going on in rail.

 

My truck was built 3/28 and on rail 3/31. Got to Portland Port 2 months later -5/31. Still haven't seen it. I'm in Portland.

 

That’s messed up have you gotten any kind of explanation on the hold up?

 

QC hold. It sat in Seattle for that 2 months. Then got to portland. I think it was put on QC hold again.

 

Maybe. We will see.

 

What dealer are you dealing with?

 

Seems like numerous "industries" are seeing various issues w/their supplies being F%$'d with. If I didn't know any better I'd say there are a lot of pay-offs being had throughout our country to continue crippling our nation. But, then again, I probably don't know any better!

 

Lums in Warrenton

 

Here's an example of it occurring on the consumer end of receiving their supplies.... This is Union Pacific's terminal near downtown LA. Thieves targeting Amazon, Fed Ex and UPS packages, allegedly they are "desperately seeking Covid test kits and food and medical supplies". I believe these images were from the first of the year. UP is blaming the DA (saying arrestees are being kicked almost immediately after booking, etc; DA is blaming the pandemic; sounds a lot like the arson cases and rioting cases of 2 years ago...

For those that don't know, Union Pacific has a rather large police department (they are given their jurisdictional authority from the feds, since their investigations lead to interstate crimes, investigations, etc.). These guys have K9 teams, task force officers, heavy amounts of surveillance, etc.. If they wanted to jump on these issues, they have the means to mitigate the situation.

 

I'm much further south and don't know anything about Lums. Good luck and I hope you don't get held up much longer on your purchase!

 

My build date was 03/01, showed up on 03/29 in the Columbia Gorge.

 

I’m waiting for delivery to Astoria and there hasn’t been any update in 2 weeks so I’m just wondering what everyone’s wait time and if it’s been normal to be left in the dark during shipping

 

I don't think the Toyota portal shows the shipment progress. The screenshots I was sent showed the day it was loaded on the train, and then that it had arrived. Nothing in between.
