2022 Tundra SR5

I don’t subscribe to Navigation but every time I get in the truck, it goes directly to the navigation screen. Does anyone know how to change this so Media is the default screen to pop up? If I have my phone with me, CarPlay comes up as soon as it connects but sometimes I prefer the media screen.
