Numerous Malfunctions on screen 20 tundra

Just picked up my 12 toyota tundra . 2020 has 14958 miles. drove 45 miles and the info screen went totally NUTS !!! 8 different notifications to contact dealer. also no reverse camera, no back up lights , noPRNDS on screen,no downshift function in S !! What the heck is going ON !!!!

 

Bad trans range sensor? Mouse chewed a wire? If you bought it 45 miles ago, take it back to the dealer.

 

First thing I'd do is disconnect the negative battery terminal for a few minutes. Maybe a little longer. See if the gremlins get bored and move on. If you have a voltmeter see what you read across the battery terminals with the key on but engine not running.

That's not normal or a typical type of problem. Sounds like a software issue but regardless, take it into the dealer or where you bought it from right away.

Hopefully it's not a mouse and just a software update.

Hopefully you turned around and parked it at the selling dealership.

Any aftermarket lighting? Specifically the backup lights.

Check the reverse fuse in the fuse panel under the dash.
