USB and Cigarette Lighter Not Working - Android Auto Port Does Work

Has anyone had an issue with just the USB ports and Cigarette light that stops working? The Android Auto port still works and the cigarette lighter behind the front seat but the ports highlighted in red do not work. Have checked all fuses that appear they could be related and none appear to be blown.
