On my 2010, a strap broke my drivers side rear glass (power slide rear).
is this something that is easy to replace?

    Son-of-a! And raining to boot!

The side windows are almost certainly attached to the body with adheasive, much like a windshield.

Replacement glass, lots of adheasive removal, possibly paint touch-up if the adheasive removal isn't perfect, new goop and tape the window in place till the glue cures.

Don't have any further info on cost... But I'd guess $300-$500 if you let your wallet do the work.
