I have this annoying sound which I have been able to isolate to the TRD skid plate and now the rear bolts but... The video below has helped (answer was in comments section) but I’m still trying to get an answer as to exactly where to place the rubber washers/grommets for the fix??
The dealership blamed the aftermarket aluminum plates I put on in the rear as catalytic converter theft deterrents, turns out they were wrong.

The layers from top to bottom:
    1 Truck frame
    2 Aluminum skid plate/cat deterrent
    3 TRD skid plate
    4 metal washer
    5 bolt

between the top of the skid plate and the bottom of truck frame. I used rubber weather stripping that ran across the entire frame/skid plate instead of the rubber washers or grommets, but either option will work fine.
