finally getting a decent wash. Noticed extra brake dust on the driver front, a little extra drag compared to the pass side. I’ll pull em apart and have a looksee. Maybe regreasing the pins might work. Might be time for new calipers. Since its only one side i doubt its the MC again.

also time to start thinking about powdercoating the wheels. What say ye? Have em chromed or have em powdercoated?

Now that's how to wash a vehicle.
I've heard chroming will weaken the wheels. Haven't done the homework to verify.

Well with chrome, you have what, 3 colors, Silver, Gold, pewter... vs. Powder-coat. Many colors to choose from, but a coating with a great resistance to UV deterioration would rank up there in my book, helps to wax or seal 'em.
    I go with POWDER COAT!
Live a little color where you want it!

It didn't come with any. I bought 4 initially. Then I bought two more because overkill never fails. Then I bought a low profile one hoping it would fit where I have the swing case mounted. It does not. So since I already had it I figured I might as well use all 7. It just looks goofy now.

If you plan on wheeling more, I wouldn’t spend to much, maybe a few rattle cans and call it a day.

Not to mention how much it slows down your truck. Go with the color of brake dust and never look back.

What I did to a not-Tundra today as a step closer to getting into my next Tundra. Reinstalled the interior in the Pius. Had been dragging my feet since it's been out since last June, wasn't sure I remembered how it all goes together. Turns out it was fairly simple. Had a bunch of left-over hardware though, oh well, old cars rattle.
Then it was time to start making it pretty. 1/2 a scoop of Oxi Clean in 2 cups of water & a dobie pad gets a ton of gross out of seat belts. Who knew? Also turns out it's great at reactivating an ink stain, better than hair spray.
Finally, tried 303 on the plastic bits. Undecided, give it a couple days & make a decision.
Some Mr. pink in the foam cannon later this week, chase it with some bead maker, some pic's in the sun & hopefully an ad posted Thursday evening for weekend traffic & with a little luck some more driveway space for the next Tundra.
Turns out I'm not really comfortable driving small around here anymore. 1GTundra kinda gets into your system.

He seemed a little unnerved when it happened, so no heckling. Just, "we got this, start untying the gear and I'll get some tools." He's not a best gen guy, I don't think he realized we were going to take care if it and get it out of there. I did talk to him about his hardware and stuff.

This one ran really well today. I've got some adjustments to make now that I have a very good idea of how she behaves, but they are all relatively minor.

Funny you say that. I reformed his thin sheet metal brackets and gave him nylocks to replace his will-fail nuts. Told him to upgrade the hardware in general and use blue locktite. Hmm, I think we are on the same page.

@bmf4069 I used to shoot the breeze with this guy "Wolf", who started Nature's Revenge. He sent me a box of dried chiles one year - reapers, fatali, bhut/naga jolokia, scorpions, scotch bonnets, 7 pots, etc. - it took me and half a dozen of my hardcore super-hot chili friends to work through the bags. IIRC, those were reapers on the right in the box, opening the bag would send you sneezing.

Dude was pretty awesome, I lost track of him when GooglePlus shut down about a decade ago. I should probably ping him to see what he's up to and if he's still in KY. Solid guy. Ultra-quality products he put out too, no BS.
