Greetings from Texas. I have a 2014 double cab tundra and have been in the process of dechroming. Next step is the grille and was wondering if anyone has aftermarket grilles. If y’all do would love to see them and learn about the dimensions… thickness, width, length yk. Anyways, can’t wait to see it!

    Alot of them
I tried the T-Rex mesh grill in mine but was not happy with the install due to my OCD lol.. Now it is sitting in the box and can't be returned because it was a custom order. I didn't like the gaps between the grill surround and the panels below the headlights.

Lmao I can see why you don’t like it. How much did you pay? Also if it’s just sitting around what’s ur plan for it? Also would you be able to chime in the dimensions of the piece?

Looking cool. What suspension lift are you running? Also are you happy with the fender flares? Lastly you wouldn’t happen to know the thickness of material or a picture before install?

Oh hell yea… still debating on ready lift or bds 7-8 inch lift for 37’s. Also looking for dimensions of grille because I want to fabricate it myself… no one has what I want lol. Sadly sellers aren’t very kind to give away their measurements so I’m tryna ask around. Anyways cool truck and if it’s not a bother would love to somehow get access to measurements and angles of grille. A man can hope can’t he .

My idea was to use the current grille surround and fabricate the center. All you need to know are the mount locations for the center. Can’t you use the one you have for measurements?

Same idea… keep grille surround and change middle. Only problem I have is I don’t know the angle they put on the mesh/plate ones on the side to give it the more appealing look. Current grille (stock) is more 3D so it’s hard to acquire measurement.

I’ll keep looking and if we get ahold of someone willing to measure their grille I’ll be sure to drop the information and cad drawings I’ll make.

I have a cheap o mesh grill laying around in the garage... currently a little hung over so I'm not in the mood for measuring anything other than the amount of coffee in my cup

Sweet! I haven’t come up with a design yet, but will most likely be a while beforehand I tackle something like this.

Hey I got time. If you are able to supply images bird’s eye view and front as well as dimensions and angles I’ll send cad files for free… cooperation for mutual benefit

White=length and width of grille Red=weird ass angles… Also i believe the grille isn’t just flat, there is and angle at the edges I believe. So measurements for all of the above and then thickness+studs for mounting on back. Honestly pictures of the grille off would allow me to explain better.

Idk how to tag multiple people but I sent a description of what’s needed. Again pictures of all sides and angles would be beneficial to all of us.

Coolio… but you see the curve at the edges. I’ve seen hard angles and I think that would look best unless someone wants to find the angle of that. Could you also add a birds eye view of the top of the grille… I can maybe find the dimension by importing into modeling outward and drawing on it.

Looks good, you have a time frame? Also if I could bother you to see the entire top rather than just the corner. I know it’s a lot of labor lol but can’t do much without the measurements.
