Mine looks the same way, are you sure it isn’t this way just by design?

The corner of the tail light where it comes to a point. There is a gap between it and the beside.

To me , looks like they light is cut spot on but the seal strip is a touch off.

Not sure this one is to complain about unless moisture is penetrating the lens.

that’s just from the pics though , so could be off if it looks different live

Feels like a stretch to complain about that. I agree with the others, if you have to look this hard to find an issue than you got a good one. I wouldn't let the dealer touch it. It can get worse!

thats a weather seal issue. it looks like the weather seal at the point retracted. might want to look to see if the weather seals was properly latched to the light assembly at the point. there should be a very small notch for the seal to wrap around to keep the seal in place (i am speculating)

Looks like a common defect in my opinion. Thanks for your input. Need a couple more pictures to share with the dealer. If someone could take similar pictures I would appreciate. Thank you all.
I will share the positives of owner this 3 rd gen. Or turd gen. Hahahah

I had my passenger side back door replaced and my front doors replaced. The front doors were fixed but the back gasket is still a problem

You’d be a fool to have them replace a bedside over that. Cutting grinding and welding done by the low a man on the totem poll because warranty work doesn’t pay well enough for the top guys to mess with.

Exactly why i put the brakes on the dealer. Its a plastic bedside. Bolt on now. But the mounting point is not even part of the bed.
