    Hey All,

I needed a truck that could tow a 7,000 pound boat this summer, so I had to finally trade in the Honda Ridgeline for something with that capability - and that weight would just be too taxing on a Tacoma or Gladiator. The Ridgeline has been a great vehicle for me, and so far the most reliable vehicle I've ever owned despite being 16 years old. But the Tundra is definitely blowing me away. The only negative is getting used to parking it.

I'm actually 3,000th in the reservation queue for Cybertruck, but it's not here in time so I need a truck that will hold its value the best until that arrives. The Tundra definitely seems like the best option.

I was looking at used, but 2018 - 2021 models were going for well above their MSRP, and a brand new 2022 plus the better financing options available made it so that the payment was negligibly higher.

Mine is essentially the base model Tundra SR5 + blind spot monitoring and a few small things. Nothing fancy, but even the base model feels really well equipped - Especially with the Twin Turbo v6. That makes this thing feel like such a value compared to how much you need to hike the price to get a decent engine from the Big 3. I can't believe the Ram 1500 still comes with the Pentastar V6 for the price I got this Tundra lol.

This thing is quick and effortlessly sails up to 90 mph.

I am loving all the cupholders and storage.

It's such a futuristic looking behemoth.

    Welcome & congrats!

I’m trading in my 2009 Ridgeline, with anticipated delivery within a week now. Glad to hear another Ridge owner is happy with the switch
