Alright, you kind forum folk saved me on my no start so I come back to you kind folk once again as I can’t seem to find any other post about this particular predicament on the forum.

So I can’t get outta park. And it’s weird as I can hit the brakes and the reds at the rear light up. Also it releases the shifter lock, which then moves the cable. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to move the actual trans pivot piece.

Also being a column shift I don’t seem to have an override to try.

I just want my truck back

Column shifter doesn’t feel broken? I’ve had mine break in the past and had to take the column cover off to shift it by hand because the aluminum cast housing was cracked in two.

Turned out to be seized at the input shaft, penetrating oil and elbow grease worked it out.
