2017 White Tundra

Hey all, my new to me 2017 came with led taillights I want to replace. Well whoever installed them cut some stock wiring as shown in the photos I attached. I want to replace them with Morimoto XB lights that are plug and play. Anyone know where I can get a hold of the wiring and plugs I need to get the tail light wiring harness back to stock? I am also wondering it part
81565-0C070 (third photo shown below) will work to re splice onto the cut wires. Thanks so much.
