Looking to purchase 20x9 +20 offset with 285/60 tires. Can’t find anyone with same set up. I have a 2-1 level. Just wondering if it will work.

That should work, I was able to fit a 35x12.5x18 on a +60mm offset wheel with a 3/1. Your tire is a 33.5” tall and 11.2” wide which is a little over an inch taller and a hair wider than stock. Be sure to get a good alignment, I really doubt you’ll rub anywhere but my guess is it would be on the front fender liner. That’s easy enough to trim/bend with a heat gun/remove if necessary.
