Recently my Tundra has been spewing coolant from the overflow bottle. I have replaced the radiator, radiator cap, thermostat and coolant temp sensor. Now my Tundra runs fine but when I turn my a/c on it starts to get warm when I am driving. I verified there are no leaks and fan is kicking on. Any ideas would greatly help. Thank you

I put a scanner on it and no codes or pending codes. It weird because its only happening when the a/c is on

Get an exhaust gas tester for your coolant. It's very likely that you need a new HG, and for $40 you can be sure!

I just checked my coolant and oil and all seems normal. I did change my spark plugs about a month ago with oem plugs

Check your coolant with an exhaust gas testing kit.

    LED headlamps/fogs; interior footlamps.
Well if only occurring with A/C on, maybe the a/c condensor needs some cleaning.

Or maybe the fan isn't pulling hard enough cuz clutch is weak? Give it the 'test' with rolled up newspaper, careful now...

The fan was moving pretty good. I just ordered a exhaust test kit. Hopefully it is negative. I also hosed down the condenser really good. I will try it out tomorrow and see how she runs

I would like to thank everyone for their input on this. It turns out that the oriellys thermostat that I just put in was not working correctly. I put oem thermostats in and my truck is good as new. Thanks again every one.

Aah always always put in OEM Thermo.. not worth the price of non OEM to risk it IMHO. Also make sure you put the thermostat "Giggle valve" in the right position. Not sure if it matters in the 5.7l But other Toyota's need to have the giggle valve in a certain position i.e. the 4.7l v8 needed the giggle valve in the 12'O clock position.
