New stereo with harness wires not matching up with plugs that fit

I installed a new power acoustik stereo with dvd,nav etc. and I also bought Walmart wire harness for Toyota so I don’t cut factory harnesses.it comes with 4 different harnesses for dim whichever type your vehicle needs.two of them fit my truck but I have 3 factory harnesses and the two that do fit the wires don’t match up,the red,black and yellow wire on new harness do not plug into the factory harness that has red,black and yellow wires.the stereo plays fine but it stays on and it drains battery overnight another thing is when I push door lock button on door panel it locks then unlocks right away do I need to get different harnesses or anyone have an idea.

 

We don't see what you see, and don't know what you bought - based on your description, sounds like the wrong harness - just an uninformed guess.

I'd get a different harness. Hit up @james@tech12volts or call Crutchfield and talk to them.
