Been digging through the search function trying to figure out how these shackles are installed.

Some are using the Energy poly bushings as replacements to the stock leaf bushings - which means that those who go this route, have to push out the old bushing along with the metal sleeve(?)

Everyone who is installing these shackles are also running into the issue of the bed bolt rubbing against the shackle.

I'm going to be running 5100s on all corners @ 2.3" and possibly Toytec at 1.5" (yay/nay?), so wanting some input on those who currently are using Toytec shackles.

you know only the front bil5100s provide lift right?

poly bushings are the way to go for max performance, but they do need to be replaced eventually, where as the factory bushings i was told are good for a life time

I have Toytecs. As far as bolt rub, that is only if the shackles are installed on the lowest setting.

Yep. Went with Chaos Fab shackles, wasn’t feeling the leveled look of my truck.

I saw that, the Toytecs do look freaking beefy! Just the fact that the 1” setting results in the bed bolt hitting the shackles deterred me from it.

I have nothing against it and they are solid!
