My 2010 tundra crewmax rear passenger door won’t open from the inside or outside. How can you remove the panel or open the door. Truly stumped, tried slim Jim no luck. Has anyone had this issue.

I have not had this issue, however you can disassemble the panel from inside the truck (it will be a pain) and see if the lock cable is retracting when you hit unlock and/or if the handle cable is still attached. Pop up the little panel behind the handle and remove the screws. Do the same with the felt in the litter door jam, lift it out and remove the screw. Then lift the panel up and towards you to try to wiggle it free. There should be enough room to see what’s going on. I’ve heard of the child safety lock mechanism breaking and people going to have them replaced. Removing the door panel will give you access to this too.
