@RainMan_PNW, I’m wondering if, it’s possible to add a blinking light, to the dash, or dashboard, when alarm is activated.

I'm not sure I'm following. Do you mean after install of the factory alarm? some other alarm?
If you have a factory alarm (i.e. you have the glass break sensor and factory alarm ECU and it is activated), then you should have this symbol blinking in the instrument cluster whenever the truck is off:

For an aftermarket, that would entirely depend on the aftermarket system.

I knew it would be confusing, I’m old school, and if you remember, the flashing led light, when the alarm was set, and you would see it flashing as you walked away, I’ll get a picture, to add to the post, would it be possible to wire it to the factory alarm, just flashing, when alarm is activated.

From the 2018+ EWD for the Theft Deterrent System, here's your signal to the security light in the instrument cluster, which is sent from the Main ECU. If you were to tap that beige wire to a low-power LED mounted somewhere, it should blink at the same interval as the one in the ECU.
