No high beams

This isn't Tundra specific, but I think it could apply anyway so let me pick your brains for a second...

My MIL has a 2016 Toyota RAV4. It doesn't have auto headlights, just the standard on/off/drl stalk. It's set up VERY similarly to my 2016 Tundra.

Her fogs, low beams, and DRLs are all working perfectly. But the high beams do not. When I push the stalk forward for high beam, the fogs go off normally so it IS getting the signal for the highs, but the highs do not come on. Essentially all of her lights are functioning normally, except high beam.

I checked all 4 fuses in the control panel, plus a relay that was vaguely labeled in the owners manual. All checked OK visually.

Question: where is the next place you guys would check? Do you think the stalk on the steering column is the likely culprit? Or is there something else I'm forgetting?

Tundras shared a halogen bulb for hi/low; my Wife's 4R uses separate bulbs (I think) I'd guess the Rav4 does also. Start there? Seems odd that both are gone at the same time though.

I'm pretty sure it has a shared bulb also. The housings are projector style. I think there's only one bulb per. Hmm... I guess this is a rare issue.

Sooo... Have you tried a known good bulb?

My BMW likes to play games with burnt out bulbs. Multiple times it has given me a bulb out message, get out to check and all of the bulbs are illuminated... I begin to think the vehicle has lost it and promptly ignore the message. Couple weeks pass and I find I really am driving around with a bulb out. Somehow this 30 year old car is predicting the loss of the bulb.?

Anyway, I digress. New bulbs always work for me.
