You might want to try hand calculating. It may be even worse, but you'll have an accurate picture of what you're getting. If you're stock, no lift, the single biggest determinant of MPG is driving style. If you've noticed a significant change in MPGs recently, there may be any issue you need to check out.

Buying a Tundra and then worrying about gas mileage is like having unprotected sex with a dirt road whore and then wondering why it hurts to pee.

What mileage are you expecting in a truck?

With a 38 gallon tank I get 490 miles to go on a full tank. Lately the roads have been very bad due to rain/ice with temps right around freezing so I have been driving much slower. I see my mileage getting much better at my slower speeds that are usually around 55 to 60 MPH on the interstate. I will get anywhere from 17-18 MPG at those speeds where my average is right around 15.7. My tires are the stock off road 18". Slower is better but it make my 22 mile commute a little slow.
