And I’m not complaining, but people making lefts in front of me will not turn when they have plenty of room, so I think the strobe throws off their depth perception as I’m barely pedaling by

See my previous message. The good community and atmosphere is built by those who want to be here and now happen to have an enthusiast market to sell their stuff to, not by people joining just to sell and then never contributing to the forum. Just my 2 cents.

28 posts in 4 years, is not being here for the community. There are a lot of awesome things about this forum that I wasn’t expecting when joining. It’s much more than just trucks, and trying to make a buck on selling spare parts.

 

Why do I have to explain the forum rules to you? I’m not a moderator.

Since you have a mod’s user name, why not have a private dialogue with them?

Why come to this thread and expect to have your hand held?

Why come to this thread and not read all our comments, some of which discussed the questions you raised?

Just a thought…

And since maybe things need to be made clear, I bet the Mods will not accept you trolling this tread just to get your posts up to 50.

 

And the post was not about you. It was an example answering your question about why the active members of the community care.

 

So, here's this. One of the guys who's regular on this thread was telling the rest of us to do just what you're asking. @GODZILLA warned us to back up and wait a tick, maybe welcome the guy in. But the members and mods have seen so many folks dip in, sell something, and dip out, that it seemed almost silly. It can't be the truth because nobody who fluffs their posts in order to go sell something does that. And, dude, you were fluffing your posts no matter how much you deny, or no matter how long you've been here. So let's all back up, then. Whatever you were selling can stay stacked under your stairs or in your garage a while longer, and you can dig around in here and find cool folks. Some cool folks have been making fun of you; and IMO, since the thin skin you were showing seems to have the potential to grow a little thicker if you got acquainted in here, they'll likely come around if you let them. Sell your stuff in September or next year; but have a virtual beer and chill out with us a while. That's all anyone here wants. I hope it happens.
