Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone has found the part number to the TRD grill for the 3rd gen Tunrda's. I have a platinum due in about a week and while the dark chrome looks nice, I really like the look of the TRD Grill. So I have entertained the idea of swapping them out. Any help or info is appreciated.

From what I understand, the TRD Pros are still a few months from the first customer deliveries. It'll probably be late summer/early fall before TRD Pro grills become available via Toyota to order. Even longer, possibly near the end of the year, before aftermarket options hit the market.

I'm one of those people that have always like the "heritage" Toyota grill so swapping to the TRD Pro grill is on my "to do" list whenever it becomes available.

I doubt the new trd pro grill will work on other trims… remember, the trd pro is wider than all other trims, i’m sure tabs & locks will not line up IMO.

It may or may not. Usually, I will try to install these parts on the Tundra here at the dealership to find out what works and doesn't. Once the Pros come out and I'm able to get part numbers, I'll find out for sure. ;)

No sir, they come unpainted from Toyota when ordering the replacement parts. They would need to be painted locally.

My bad. You did say only "TRD" but I read "TRD Pro" for some reason.

@Roman Weird question for you, but do you know what the "finish" looks like on the unpainted parts? Is it the same matte black (pic below) as the rest of the grill or is it a gloss black? Just curious because I've played around with the idea of going black on the mustache, but I want it to match the rest of the grill. I'd prefer black instead of color matching, but matching black is really tough.

A local wrap shop told me it would be best to just get black body parts because a black wrap, even if they could get close to matching the grill, would fade at a different rate in the Nevada sun and probably stand out in a year or two. They said, even the the 3M wraps that are advertised as "UV stable" still fade in the sun here.

I do not. I have not actually seen one in person, nor have I gotten my hands on the parts yet. I will be sure to take pics and post them up as soon as I am able to.

No worries man. Most people are asking about the pro grille so I get it.

I'm sure it'll fit. The TRD Pro is only wider due to the fenders and wheel offset. Besides the tires and fender, everything else should be the same.
That includes the interior, grille, hood, roof, tailgate, underbody, etc.
