Congrats !! Nice ride for sure. We almost didn't take the test drive before we bought it because we've had Tundras before... but the Wife was like "THIS IS THE ONE !"

 

No problem. Yeah I hated it too

 

It was the 4.5feet X 3 feet but it was barely enough to do the front and the back bumper if you don’t screw it up lol

Hey - is that a Double cab?

I have a a TRD OR DC on order, and have accepted that I will lose a bit of room in the back over my current DC, I'm just hoping it's not a significant loss. I don't typically have a couple big ole boys in the back, occasionally hauling the wives around and mostly my gear...

 

Hey thanks! Nope...CM TRD Off Road. It's s definitely ALOT more truck than I'm used to coming from an '07 Taco DC, but wanted it that way because there was hardly enough room for fur babies AND car seats . The DC would have still been an upgrade for me, but I plan on keeping this one till the wheels fall off so I took the "go big or go home" approach.

 

Is there any other way to go with a Tundra? I submit there is not. Congrats on your new truck.

 

Just got my Tundra last week! Platinum trim. Absolutely love it. Very comfortable interior and I love the blue accent stitching. Plenty of acceleration and great tech. The Toyota Safety Sense is pretty great (it's less intrusive than the version on my wife's care.) Extremely happy with it!

 

Beautiful truck. That was my first color choice. Took what I could get.

I have an order for an SR5 in Blueprint. I'm still waiting.

 

I posted my Long bed back in December. Three months and 5,500 miles later here its. Tinted windows, running boards, thats it. Haven't had any issues with the truck, handles really well in the canyons. Mpg has been lack luster, but still better then my 14" sr5 dbl cab.

 

Nice! Did you do any lift/leveling kit or just the new wheels?

Thanks! A few hours ago I received an email that my leveling kit shipped. Hopefully it comes in this week, I’ll post a pic with it installed. Yeah I wrapped the front mustache.

i haven’t don’t anything to the back bumper yet. I’m waiting for a replacement chrome piece because some lady backed in to me a week ago the plastic/chrome piece is a little dented

 

First post here, and first time Toyota owner.

Was looking for awhile when I happened to be driving by the dealer with this one out front. Was special ordered and the buyer turned it down. Fit my wants and didn't pay over sticker. Have 2,500 miles on it now, has developed the rattle in the middle of dash most noticeable a speeds below 30mph.
