From what I understand Elka makes their BOSS lineup across the board. They may use eibach for their lower end Ultimate shocks.

I got my SR a couple days ago and love it. Upgraded the wheels (Dyno DX) and Tires to a 275x65. I’m coming from a 4Runner, so the SR model is a huge upgrade in power for me, even though it’s slightly less than the other Tundra models.

Toytec must have changed the lineup since I installed their BOSS kit on our 4Runners six years ago. I like Toytec setups, they do the comprehensive things. I would go with the TRD kit though. May be expensive but TRD doesn't jack around, they get all of the details right. The old saying is "The devil is in the details". Things like extended brakelines, proper bumpstops for extended length shocks, extended CV axles, upgraded LCA and UCA.

I think they switched around 2 years ago when they changed their BOSS lineup to the Aluma series using fully aluminum shock bodies. The TRD kit looks very nice though and I like that it's a whole comprehensive system and not just a collection of parts.

Hopefully this is the right area to post.
So my 2022 limited trdoffroad you can really feel it downshift when you are coming to a stop. Like it's binding a little or something like that. It's not smooth at all.
    Has anyone else experienced this?

Randomly thought I'd search Cargurus for used 2022 Tundras and maybe its just me but it seems like 2,550 trucks available nationwide is a bit high for how recently they became available? Do people really put less than 1,000 miles on a truck and trade it in? Highest mileage truck on there has 12,000 miles.

You did a nationwide search? Not local to you...

I saw this yesterday. I wanna see it off road

I'm actually genuinely surprised how quickly someone put together a 6x6 Tundra. I'm curious how they'll do the bed

yes it was a nationwide search, they list the used ones first then the new ones after.

Has anyone you've screen shot and reposted here updated to say what their issues were? Surely just knowing that there are issues out there does nothing if we have no clue what went wrong or if it was alleviated by Toyota. As you say you're only "passing info along" we certainly only see one side of it from you...just sayin.

I'm NOT gonna be YOUR resource for updates on resolution(s), if it something that affects YOU that's on you, you can go chase the the "other side", nevertheless what I "pass along " are known issues, if you are anyone else what to ignore it do so....just saying!

So all you want to do is be part of the problem and not the solution, got it!
