    I was wondering what was the brightest bulb you can buy that will fit and work with a 2001 Tundra without doing a modification to the vehicle - plug and play from the auto parts store...

    I think some people here have bumped up to 100W bulbs if I’m not mistaken. You do have to beef up the wiring with a thicker gauge though. Not necessarily replace it, but add another path for current.

    Eibach Pro Truck Stage 2 suspension, HD RAS, 285/75-18 Nokian Outpost AT, LoPro bed cover, TRD rear sway bar, DD 10 inch exhaust, and various other goodies
    Easiest replacement with no headache would be staying with halogen. The led bulbs dont work well in light designed for halogen bulbs.

    Ive had great luck with sylvania silverstars, cleaner/whiter, brighter than the stockers but halogen and not expensive.
