I was wondering for those that have deposited for a TRD Pro, when are your trucks being built?

I heard only 1800 hybrids will be made and my dealer is getting 1 for 2022. I decided to hold off for a later model and let’s some of the issues and bugs get worked out.
Tired of buying new cars that have issues and all the time it takes to deal with them!

Not sure if it's old news, but the disclaimer on the Pro page from Toyota's website now says "Spring 2022" instead of "March 2022."

If you do get yours then, please let me know if a bed mat and rock rails are included. I think they may be standard on Canadian Pros, but no one is completely certain yet.

My dealer has let me know I've got an allocation for a TRD Pro in Solar Octane. North of the 49th as well and expected delivery is August/September.

Just talked to a local dealer. They have no allocations for a Pro. Also, to get a place in line it would be 5k over MSRP.

Looks like here up in the Northeast, there are 7 being built, one for each dealership. Builds starting beginning of May. It will take approx 30 days to receive.

I actually saw a TRD Pro on the road in Price, UT on Hwy 6. Likely headed to Moab. It kind of took me by surprise since it past by pretty quickly but I caught a good glimpse of it. Must have been a press vehicle of some sorts.

I have heard of some guys claiming they are getting one in 2 weeks. But that must be there allocation not the actual truck.

Very few 2022 Pros being built. 2023 will effectively be the first model year for the Pros.

I saw a Solar octane one here in California about a month ago driving through the suburbs of my little town as well. Surprised and it snuck by in Hybrid mod ( was in a 25 mph zone)

My dealer here in MA said they got their first pro allocation this past week, scheduled to be built first week in may.

I’ve been waiting for a limited/trd off road/hybrid so I’ve been using the pro as the staring point for when they are going to building anything hybrid
